Refunds and transfers

The policy below provides a clear default for live public cohorts.

Cancellations by participants

Requests received at least seven calendar days before the first live session are eligible for a full refund. Later requests may be transferred once to a future equivalent cohort, subject to availability.

Cancellations by Medhova

If Medhova cancels a cohort, registered participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

Recordings and attendance

Missing a live session does not normally create a refund entitlement when a recording and the associated materials are provided.
